F.O.A.M est un groupe de néo soul basé à Paris. Formé en 2019, ils construisent une musique inspiré du rock garage et du R&B.

Inspiré de compositions musicales modernes, à l'image du producteur esseulé et de son ordinateur comme seul outil tel Tyler The Creator dans son approche de producteur ou encore D'Angelo par son énergie.

Le groupe est aussi attaché à l'approche plus old school de la composition, à l'image du groupe mythique Isley Brothers qui utilise des instruments tels que la basse, guitare et batterie.

Ce disque a été composé pour sa partie instrumentale par Lavender, Tom Dalib et Simon Harel au studio de Marolles-en-Hurepoix de la même façon que le tout premier EP du groupe "Secret Society" paru chez ABRI en 2020.

L'étape suivante fût de trouver les voix à inviter:
Donna La Mulatta, repéré par le groupe avec la sortie de son EP "Mellow Afrodyte" paru en 2022 sur ABRI.

CHADY3K, repéré par le groupe avec son projet "RED DOT" paru la même année. Chady est aussi présent dans le passé de ABRI sous son alias Little Tooth Gap (RIOT, paru en 2020)

Lavender a aussi choisi pour ce deuxième projet de prendre le micro, et d'y poser sa voix.

F.O.A.M is a Paris-based neo-soul group. Formed in 2019, they craft music inspired by garage rock and R&B.

Drawing from modern musical compositions, akin to the solitary producer and his computer as the sole tool, much like Tyler The Creator's producer approach or D'Angelo's energy.

The group also embraces an old-school approach to composition, akin to the legendary Isley Brothers, utilizing instruments such as bass, guitar, and drums.

This record's instrumental part was composed by Lavender, Tom Dalib, and Simon Harel at the Marolles-en-Hurepoix studio, similarly to the group's very first EP, "Secret Society," released by ABRI in 2020.

The next step was to find voices to invite:
Donna La Mulatta, noticed by the group through her EP "Mellow Afrodyte," released in 2022 on ABRI.

CHADY3K, noticed by the group through his project "RED DOT," released the same year. Chady also has a past association with ABRI under his alias Little Tooth Gap (RIOT, released in 2020).

Lavender also chose, for this second project, to take the microphone and lend his voice to it.
