Cet album est l’aboutissement de nombreuses années de travail, à chercher l’équilibre entre toutes les influences musicales qui lui sont chères. Entre rock anglais, sonorités néo soul et textures trap, “My Soul Is Not For Sale” est un alliage personnel et introspectif. Pont entre passé et futur, LAVENDER révèle sur cet album toute sa puissance dans un style qu’il aime appeler rock808.

Multi instrumentiste, tout l’aspect musical est pris en charge par l’artiste : voix éthérées, guitares vaporeuses, drums mélangeant l’acoustique et l’électronique, combiné à des basses 808 puissantes. Restant toujours catchy, l’album propose un voyage entre parties chill sirupeuses et énergie punk trap.

Ce projet témoigne de tous les moments de vie passés et l’hypothèse de ceux à venir.
L’artiste a différentes facettes qu’on peut retrouver au sein des groupes F.O.A.M (neosoul) et No Uniform (new wave).

This album is the result of several years of intense work. LAVENDER finds here a balance between all the influences he cherishes. Crossing genres as british rock, neo soul or trap : ‘‘My Soul Is Not For Sale’’ is a personal and introspective melting pot. LAVENDER brings on his album a new musical genre called rock808 crossing bridges between past and future.

LAVENDER is a versatile and multi-instrumentalist artist. He took care of all the musical side of the project (production, guitars and bass, vocals, mixing, …). The album introduces ethereal voices, catchy and dreamy guitar lines, acoustic and electronic drums and heavy 808

This project is the reflection of some of the artist’s life fragments, located both in the past and in the near future. Lavender also works within the bands F.O.A.M (Neo-soul) and No Uniform (New Wave).
